Instructions: To be eligible to receive MSHDA ESG funding, this application must be completed by Monday, July 7, 2025, at 4 pm. Late and/or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Approved agencies will be notified by Thursday, July 17, 2025, and required to submit supporting documents to the Fiduciary no later than Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 4 pm. Below is the checklist that outlines required supporting documents. The Fiduciary strongly recommends that agencies begin gathering these documents to ensure a timely submission. Once received, the Fiduciary will complete a cumulative application for all funded agencies under the CoC in IGX by the Friday, August 1, 2025.
Note: Applications submitted without CoC or LPB approval will not be considered.
