• MSHDA ESG FY2026-2027 Application

  • Instructions: To be eligible to receive MSHDA ESG funding, this application must be completed by Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 4 pm. Late and/or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Approved agencies will be notified by Friday, July 24, 2026, and required to submit supporting documents to the Fiduciary no later than Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 4 pm. Below is the checklist that outlines required supporting documents. The Fiduciary strongly recommends that agencies begin gathering these documents to ensure a timely submission. Once received, the Fiduciary will complete a cumulative application for all funded agencies under the CoC in IGX by Thursday, July 30, 2026.

    Note: Applications submitted without CoC or LPB approval will not be considered.

    MSHDA ESG funds may be used to provide housing relocation and stabilization services and short- and/or medium-term rental assistance necessary to prevent an individual or family from moving into an emergency shelter or another place described in paragraph (1) of the "homeless" definition in CFR 576.2.

    MSHDA ESG funds may be used to provide housing relocation and stabilization services and short- and/or medium-term rental assistance necessary to help a homeless individual or family move as quickly as possible into permanent housing and achieve stability in that housing.
